By accessing or using bopGPT (“the Service”), operated by bopGPT (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
bopGPT is an AI-powered content generation platform that allows users to create images and videos using artificial intelligence. The Service includes image generation, video generation, model creation, and related tools accessible through our web application.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your selected plan.
- Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Bonus credits purchased separately never expire and are consumed after subscription credits are depleted.
- All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card information.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that depicts real individuals without their explicit consent.
- Create content involving minors in any context.
- Produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
- Circumvent any rate limits, credit restrictions, or access controls.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
6. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of the images and reference materials you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Generated content (images and videos produced by the AI) is owned by you, subject to your active subscription. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. In no event shall bopGPT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update pricing, features, and credit costs. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
